Bocatería Lomax: the art of making a good sandwich

«You can’t produce sandwiches in a craftsman’s workshop, but here at Lomax we make real works of art». This is the claim on the menu and walls at Bocatería Lomax. Julia and Toni opened the establishment based on this shared ambition and an eagerness to show the world they meant business. The name is a homage to their only son, little Max. Here, Toni shows all the skills he learnt at his family’s sandwich bar in Argentina and creates recipes that are impossible to find anywhere else on the island.
