It’s been four years since Tommaso ‘Tommy’ Fiorentino, decided to open his pizzeria in Sant Jordi and delight his customers with the authentic taste of Italy. The pizzas prepared in the traditional wood-fired oven have gained a faithful following among those who know a genuine pizza when they taste one, which come in all flavours, sizes and formats. The kitchen operates all day from noon until midnight, although the restaurant is also open for breakfast. At Can Tommy you can enjoy delicious array of other homemade dishes and starters such as Turkish wraps or carpaccio. It’s little more than a month since Tommaso Fiorentino opened the doors to his second Can Tommy restaurant in Ibiza, this time in Puig d’en Valls. This restaurant not only opens for the same long hours as the Sant Jordi restaurant but also has a wood-fired oven and features all the same classic popular dishes. However, the premises in Puig d’en Valls have an important differentiating factor: the hamburgers. This new tasty addition has been very well received by the public and has becomes the restaurant’s signature dish. Another welcome feature is the possibility to order the food to take away or have it delivered right to your door with the home delivery service.
