El Carnicero: Passion for meat

Excellent meats from around the world, with a varied selection of different cuts, all immaculately presented. This is the secret and one of the keys to the success of El Carnicero, firmly established in Ibiza for five years. Other wow factors of this restaurant located in a traditional Ibizan farmhouse include the tasteful décor and lighting and the magnificent terrace, which has a cosmopolitan ambiance on hot summer nights.

The menu at El Carnicero is its calling card, it offer irresistible starters such as the surprising carpaccio; the seafood ceviche with a slight Andean note to it, or the totally unique duck magret tiradito. Guests can delight at the mouth-watering cuts of meat; from steak tartare to fillet, ribeye, T-bone or skirt steak – the choice is yours. The 15th century farmhouse is exquisitely decorated in the traditional Ibizan style.

The house and the grill are the heart and spirit of El Carnicero. The restaurant features lots of cosy areas with open fireplaces for inside dining in the winter, a games room for children, and a spectacular terrace with different areas and vibes, either for dining, or having a coffee or a cocktail around a shisha, or simply for enjoying the moment in a refined, relaxed setting.
