Hotel Casa Maca goes from strength to strength. In its first year it has played host to some very noteworthy events including the Amorevore Festival, the Ibicine Film Festival celebrations and the Adlib Fashion Show, the presentation of Ibiza Bridal Week, the IMS Legends Awards dinner and the Ibiza Gastronomic Heritage event, as well as the Sustainable Hospitality Inspiration Council Conference. This month it is presenting its new menu, featuring fresh products straight from its vegetable garden. This lovely hotel, located in an old olive mill in the Can Bufí district, in the municipality of Eivissa, has views over Dalt Vila, Ibiza’s fortified old town, and in just one year it has established itself as THE place to stay, have breakfast, lunch or dinner, attend yoga sessions, and all in a unique setting with stunning views over the city of Ibiza. The cuisine is very focused on local products, full of Ibizan flavour, served in its traditional Mallmann-style grill. The restaurant is open to the public and also offers a wide range of signature cocktails.
