Chimichurri: The kingdom of meat

Good quality meat, well prepared and served in generous portions. This is and has always been the USP of Chimichurri Restaurant A fine example of Chimchurri’s expertise is its now classic Argentinian grill, where you can find fillet of beef, spicy chorizo, leg of lamb, skirt steak, chorizo criollo, chips and roast peppers.

The Argentinian grill is a complete classic.
But the possibilities for meat lovers are enormous. They can choose from a Rossini fillet steak, the famous one kilo chuletón de ternera de pasto (pasture fed beef steak), the hamburger (300 g), the acorn fed secreto ibérico (Iberian pork fore loin), or the mouth-watering steak tartare.

The grill is permanently lit.
But man does not live by meat alone! That’s why this season Chimichurri is also offering a scrumptious selection of pizzas and classic tapas such as chistorra with tomato, anchovies in vinegar, fava beans with ham or Spanish omelette.

There are also daily specials announced on the blackboard, which also includes Cordoba-style salmorejo, kefta kebabs, or piri piri chicken, one of the most popular dishes. There is a Gin & Tonic bar in the garden at Chimichurri, a vast selection of international beers and live music every Saturday.
