Without a doubt, the absolute star of the menu has to be the sea bass in a salt crust, but equally popular dishes are the ‘bullit de peix’ (a classic Ibizan fish stew) and the ‘salmorra’. The ‘bullit de peix’ comes in two servings: a first course of fish with potatoes and allioli, with a second course of rice. The traditional salmorra is prepared with fish such as red scorpionfish, grouper or John Dory, and a delicious sofrito sauce. Another new addition this year is the salmorra with lobster. Apart from the dazzling array of Ibizan classics, you can also opt for a more innovative meal choice, such as steak tartare, tataki or red tuna tartare. The restaurant also stocks an excellent Manchego cheese and has a master ham carver at the ready to slice you some acorn-fed ibérico ham. To finish on a sweet note, there is a scrumptious selection of homemade desserts to choose from. The beachfront location permits the restaurant to provide a beach service, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful food from the comfort of your sun-lounger.
