The choice of food is irresistible for lovers of great pasta and artisan pizzas. The specialities include a Burrata cheese salad, the classic Vitello Tonnato veal dish, prawn ravioli, truffle risotto… and all right next to the beach. With a selection like this Sir Rocco Beach Restaurant by Ushuaïa transports the diners to Italy with each bite. To achieve this, the artisan pastas are made in copper moulds in the Italian town of Gragnano. The limoncello is produced in-house from lemon peel, water, sugar and alcohol, in the traditional way.
