There is an abundance of culinary temptations designed for sharing, such as oysters, caviar and seafood. Freshness is key

Product freshness is paramount when working with seafood products, that’s why up to three varieties of oyster are delivered fresh every day from Galicia and France. The other shellfish is sourced locally and only the very best caviar is served.
