Bless Hotel Ibiza, the latest opening in the Bless Collection Hotels by the Palladium Hotel Group, opened its doors in Ibiza on 13 June with one of the best gastronomic proposals on the island. Among other culinary options, a real highlight is Etxeko Ibiza, the signature restaurant of Michelin-starred chef Martín Berasategui, his first in Ibiza and the second establishment from the Basque chef, after Etxeko Madrid in Bless Hotel Madrid.
